When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped in the order they’re received. Our team is working around the clock to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.
If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once all items are available from our warehouse.
Will my items ship faster if I order from a larger retailer?Â

Is all the latest gear available in-store?
A limited selection of locally printed Simply Originals will be available in-store at our Downtown location and shipping from our Seattle warehouse starting Monday, January 26.Â
Licensed gear will be available for in-store purchase beginning Tuesday, January 27 and will ship from our warehouse the same day.
