We’re thankful for the continual support of our loyal customers and strive to provide top-notch products and customer service. Subsequently, we're happy to offer free returns and exchanges on unworn items in original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@simplyseattle.com.
Return Policy Details
We provide free returns/exchanges by 1) paying for return shipping on domestic packages, and 2) shipping out exchanges for free, so long as the items meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Return/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and have original tags attached
- Marked-down/sale items are not eligible for return
- Excludes international orders: we are not able to provide return labels on shipments outside the United States
