Since the pandemic, online shopping has exploded across the world and shipping, logistics and the United States Postal Service have faced significant challenges. Unfortunately, shipping rates have increased and the frequency of delayed or lost packages has gone way up. Here are some of the ways we are working to support our customers.

Return Policy

  • We provide free returns by covering the postage cost for you as long as it meets these requirements. 
  • We provide full refunds of returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, returns must be unused, unworn, and include original tags. 
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping Insurance
