What is Simply Seattle?

Simply Seattle is the leading local retailer for Seattle sports apparel, local team merchandise, and classic throwback gear. With stores Downtown, Pier 54 and University Village, Simply Seattle offers licensed products for the Seahawks, Mariners, Kraken, UW Huskies, Sonics throwbacks, and more.

When will my order be shipped?

If you placed an order for Seahawks gear, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.

Orders are fulfilled in the exact order they are received—the earlier you place your order, the sooner it will be processed. Our team is shipping every day, working around the clock to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Please note that vendor delays or carrier delays can occasionally impact delivery timelines.

Product availability timing:

  • Simply Originals will be in stock and ready to ship starting Monday, Feb. 9.
  • Licensed Super Bowl gear is expected to arrive at our warehouse between Monday–Friday, Feb. 9–13.

If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once all items arrive at our warehouse. Orders that include licensed gear may take a few extra days while items are received and processed by our team.

We truly appreciate your patience. We’ve added extra staff and are working hard to get your gear out the door as quickly as possible.

If I pay for expedited shipping, will I receive my order sooner?

UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air refers to the transit time after your order ships. While expedited shipping orders are prioritized in our fulfillment queue, orders still require processing before they ship.

Please note that vendor delays or carrier delays can still occasionally impact delivery timelines.

Will my items ship faster if I order from a larger retailer?

Many retailers are seeing similar demand and shipping timelines right now. If you’re shopping locally, ordering from Simply Seattle can actually help your gear arrive sooner—we’re based right here in Seattle and ship from close to home, not from warehouses across the country.

Is all the latest gear available in-store?

A selection of locally printed Simply Originals will be available in-store at our Downtown location and shipping from our Seattle warehouse starting Monday, February 9. 

Licensed gear will be available for in-store purchase beginning Tuesday, February 10 and will ship from our warehouse as soon as possible.

Will my order ship in multiple packages?

If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once all items are available. 

This means orders that include licensed gear may take a few additional days before shipping.

I'm in Western WA. When will my online order arrive?

Orders shipping to Western Washington typically arrive the day after they ship. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

For Seahawks items, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before shipment.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Only if you selected in-store pickup at checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s ready.

Can I save something with an in-store hold?

Do you have updated Super Bowl store hours?

Yes! Both our Downtown and Pier 54 locations will close early at 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 8, so our team can watch the Super Bowl.

To celebrate the Seahawks’ win, we’re offering extended hours at both locations this week.

Extended store hours:

  • Monday, 2/9: 9am-7pm
  • Tuesday, 2/10: 9am-7pm
  • Wednesday, 2/11: 8am-8pm
  • Thursday, 2/12: 9am-7pm
Will you be open during the Seahawks Victory Parade?

Yes! Come see us. Shopping in-store guarantees you’ll get your new gear before the parade. Both our Downtown and Pier 54 locations will be open during the parade with extended hours as we celebrate the Seahawks’ win.
