When did your new U Village location reopen?
We reopened to the public on Friday, March 13. Come see us!
Where is your new U Village location?
You can find us at 2643 NE 46th St, Seattle, WA 98105, right across from Chipotle.
What are your U Village store hours?
Monday–Saturday: 10AM–8PM
Sunday: 11AM–6PM
How large is the new space?
If you visited our previous U Village location, get ready — this space is six times larger.

What time does the event start?
6 PM on Tuesday, April 21. All ticketed fans should arrive by 6 PM to secure your spot in line.
If you purchased a VIP ticket, please arrive by 6 PM to secure your priority spot in line.
If you purchased a General Admission ticket, please plan to arrive early to secure your spot in line.
Are walk-ups allowed?
Limited walk-up tickets may be available on the event day depending on demand, but availability is not guaranteed.
To ensure your spot, we recommend purchasing a ticket in advance.
Is a photo opportunity guaranteed?
All ticketed guests are guaranteed access to the line for a photo opportunity with Gary.
Simply staff will assist with taking photos using your phone to keep the line moving.
Arrival time may impact wait time, so early arrival is strongly encouraged.
What does a VIP ticket include?

Can I upgrade to VIP the day of the event?
If VIP tickets remain available, upgrades may be offered day-of. Availability is not guaranteed.
Will the line be cut off?
All ticketed guests are guaranteed access to the line.
What if I arrive late?
We cannot guarantee VIP priority line access if you arrive after 6 PM.
Please make every effort to arrive on time. The event will conclude promptly at 7:30 PM.
Are autographs on personal items allowed?
Yes, autographs on personal items will be allowed at $50 per signature, with a max of 3 additional autographs per person. Please select add-on's when purchasing your ticket.
Can I use a discount code when purchasing tickets?
No, event tickets are not eligible for discount.
