I was a bit of a dummy and ordered a large-sized jacket not thinking ahead that I would want to have a hoody underneath on colder gamedays (Husky Stadium). I reached out and initiated a return the day I received it (the team via email was AMAZING and quick) and then quickly dropped it off the next morning at USPS. When I did, I was told it could take up to 3 days and there was a game coming up in 5. I reached out again and asked if they could contact me when it arrived so that I could arrange for expedited shipping if needed - they were quick and so helpful again. A day later, they proactively (and very upbeat in tone) reached out to let me know it already arrived and they quickly got the larger size out to me, assuring me expedited shipping wouldn't be needed. Sure enough, it arrived with two days to spare and I made my season ticket buddies jealous with my old-school Huskies t-shirt and jacket!
