Let me give you a hypothetical: let’s say you’re girlfriend was an aspiring actress. She was never making any money, didn’t do anything, was constantly laying around in bed “practicing acting”. Well, your ex girlfriend turns out she was an incredible actress and all that time she spent at home, doing “nothing” she was actually refining her craft. Now she’s one of the most successful actresses in the world (Michael penix). you’re not shocked because you did know she was talented, but deep down you knew she would never succeed with you because YOU (IU) were actually the problem. You weren’t supportive of your exes dreams (no fans in the stands) you consistently wrote them off because you didnt think they were actually doing anything at home to “perfect their craft” (always injured, but obviously grinding), and you couldn’t stop looking at other girls and thinking what if (jack Tuttle, Connor bazelak).
