1. Contest Organizer: The Contest is organized by Simply Seattle, and any reference to "we," "us," or "our" in this disclaimer refers to the Contest Organizer.
2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Contest rules. Contestants must be 18 or older and must have a valid social media account on the platform specified in the Contest rules. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Contest Organizer are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter the Contest, contestants must follow the instructions provided in the Contest rules, including any specific guidelines for social media entry. Any incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer.
4. Intellectual Property: By entering the Contest, contestants warrant that they are the rightful owners of the content they submit as part of their entry, or they have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for the use of any third-party materials. Contestants retain ownership of their submitted content but grant the Contest Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for promotional purposes related to the Contest.
5. Privacy: The personal information collected from contestants during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest, including contacting winners and awarding prizes. Contestants' personal information will be treated in accordance with the Contest Organizer's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Indemnification: Contestants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Contest Organizer, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Contest or the use of their submitted content.
